Boat Ramp Access
The boat ramp is available to Escoba Bay residents only. Residents can use the dock for night fishing and parking for a maxiumum of 24 hours. The ramp is locked 24 hours a day and residents in good standing may get a key from the Facilities Manager.
Club House
The club house is available for rental to residents as well as the public (with a resident sponsor). It has a full kitchen and can accommodate up to 75 people. Stables
​
Escoba Bay Barn holds up to 6 horses. Boarding is offered for Homeowners. Boarding is $ 65.00/per horse each month, with a limit of 2 horses per barn user. Barn utilities (Water & Electric), are included in the boarding fee. The office and website provide a Stable & Barn User Guidelines packet. All horses must meet guidelines before being boarded. Only Homeowners can be added to a wait list.
